Basic salary £16,000 to £18,000 Plus bonus



We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for our well established client based in Wolverhampton As Sales Administrator your main duty will be to generate and process sales orders and providing our client�s customers with a positive customer service experience Key skills required � Strong verbal and written communication skills. � Remaining customer focused at all times � High levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail � PC Literate � Outlook, Word, Excel, Bespoke software packages, customer/supplier extranet systems, Drop Box, Google Documents etc. � Excellent organisation and time management skills � Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines � Ability to work as part of a team and to work under own initiative Main duties include � Provide customers with excellent customer service and promote the company brand with end customers at every opportunity � Convert every opportunity into a sale and strive to achieve sales targets and KPI�s as an individual but also by contributing to the collective team � Securing excellent product knowledge, including new lines, discontinued lines, special offers and promotions, product specifications etc � Assist the Sales Manager and supply chain team with new product development and management of sample products by providing feedback from customers and for the Directors � Ensure customers are aware of new lines, special offers and promotions using our regular marketing campaigns (including social media, mail chimp, personal emails etc.) and using every opportunity in emails and conversations with customers to promote products � Support with administration and processing/updating of information, orders and stock for key accounts, in particular e-commerce customers � Provide full support to agents and their customers � Working with warehouse partners and a network of couriers � Assist with preparations for and attending of industry exhibitions � Maintaining showroom standards and contributing to a showroom rota � Aiding Sales Manager in developing Showroom Events and hospitality � Conducting telesales calls and follow up calls in order to build relationships with existing and new customers � Ensuring telephone calls and emails are answered promptly and in an appropriate professional and friendly manner � Follow sales team processes, work efficiently and have a clear understanding of individual and collective responsibilities PLEASE NOTE ONLY SALES ADMINISTRATORS who also possess B2B sales experience should apply for the role In the first instance send your CV to Career Studio or call up until 7pm any evening including weekends
