Basic salary up to £22,000 negotiable Plus uncapped bonus



We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our well Established client based in Wolverhampton As Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating leads via telephone and email with both new and existing customers As part of a team you will be strengthening the client�s brand and generating new business revenues Key skills required � Proven business to business sales history showing tangible results and demonstrate the ability to support and engage � Enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times paying a genuine interest in customers business and a customer first mentality � Tenacious personality enjoying the challenges of building a business relationship in order to grow an account and additional turnover � Ability to work in fast paced challenging and changeable environment. � Capable of building a natural rapport with customers you fully understand the importance of long-term relationships in future growth. � Naturally you have a professional approach underpinned by excellent communication skills, both written and verbal which support your ability to negotiate and influence buyers � Confidence to think on your feet and make real time decisions � Constantly thinking of new ideas and ways to improve customer service � PC Literate � Outlook, Word, Excel, Bespoke software packages, customer/supplier extranet systems, Drop Box, Google Documents etc � Excellent organisation skills able to prioritise daily tasks effectively � Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines � Working together with colleagues on behalf of all customers � Working under your own initiative and self-motivation is a must Main duties will include � You will be responding to sales enquiries for our extensive product range � Their customer�s experience is paramount and every opportunity must be maximised to drive sales forward � Conducting telesales calls and follow up calls will be the core task; in order to build relationships with existing and new customers to creating sales � Joining the Sales Manager and Managing Director on customer visits � Champion their 'customer first� mentality, striving to ensure that not only all customers leave satisfied but also that business gains can be made � Always be promoting the clients brand internally and externally � A target driven role where KPI�s will be agreed on a monthly basis � Gain excellent product knowledge, including new lines, discontinued lines, special offers and promotions, product specifications etc � Assisting the Sales Manager and supply chain team with product development and management of sample products by providing feedback from customers � Ensuring customers are aware of new lines, special offers and promotions using regular marketing campaigns (including social media, mail chimp, personal emails etc.) and using every opportunity in emails to promote products � Assisting with preparations and attending industry exhibitions (two main ones in January at Birmingham and in July at Manchester � Assist with maintaining Showroom standards and some showroom duties � Aiding Sales Manager in developing Showroom Events and hospitality � Ensuring that telephones and email correspondence are answered promptly and in an appropriate professional and friendly manner � Follow sales team processes, work efficiently and have a clear understanding of individual and collective targets and responsibilities PLEASE NOTE ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE In the first instance send a CV to Career Studio or call us up until 7pm any evening including weekends on 07983 644 892
