Basic salary £18,000 with uncapped bonus structureRealistic OTE £26,000 plus



As a well-established organization our client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive - Telesales/Telemarketer to add to their expanding internal sales team based in Dudley We are looking for a sales professional with a vibrant, bubbly, determined personality with ambition and a real passion to succeed As an Internal Sales Executive/ Telesales/Telemarketer you will be responsible for increasing our client's sales by developing long term customer relationships You will be prospecting customers to promote their wide range of products and services through promotional telephone calls, following up enquiries, e-marketing campaigns and occasional face to face sales The client has very ambitious growth plans over the coming years and for the right candidate can offer excellent long term career opportunities As Internal Sales Executive duties will include; - Conducting warm outbound sales calls to customers from their extensive database - Delivering first class customer service at all times to existing and new customers - Effectively handling customer's enquiries and orders in accordance with the company's business system - As Internal Sales Executive providing sound technical and styling advice to customers - Taking an active role in resolving customer's queries and complaints to company guidelines - At all times maintaining the company's ethos on customer satisfaction, without allowing the customers to take undue advantage - Taking a proactive approach in gathering market intelligence and reporting this information to senior management As a successful candidate you will need; - Minimum of 12 months internal sales / telesales / telemarketing experience - To be a team player who has a proven track record in telesales and an ambition to succeed - An interest and understanding of vehicles is also required but the successful candidate is not required to have previously worked in the Motor Trade - Possess excellent communication skills to customers up to director level - Need to be committed, hardworking, outgoing, competitive and able to use own initiative On the job training will be provided in both systems and products PLEASE NOTE ONLY candidates with proven B2B internal sales / telesales track record will be considered for this role In the first instance contact Career Studio on 01902 425366 or out of office hours 07983 644 892
